Hey, I'm Cath Nolan. My journey into helping people land their dream jobs- that happened by accident. My left-of-field job application landed with luck on the desk of an insightful recruiter who saw past my articulate fluff & gave me a job in recruitment. This path would eventually see me working with thousands, to edit their messaging in a way that would land their dream roles.

But initially, it was confronting. NOBODY got through, unless their resume was a cookie cutter version of the last person in the job. Personally, it made me delay having kids as I saw first hand the impact on a girls career.

The decision to go deeper, to draw out what made a person unique- practiced & practiced thousands of times over... that would shape my mission for years to come. I developed a process for drawing out the goodness. But one girl with 3 kids & a household to support can only write so many resumes on her own!

TODAY I'M A CAREER & LEADERSHIP EXPERT & 4 TIME NUMBER 1 BESTSELLING AUTHOR.

For nearly 2 decades I've pursued my mission of helping people navigate career barriers & create their dream work lives.

I've done this through workshops, live talks, podcasts, many, many 1:1s & 4 number 1 bestselling books. The latest book was a collaboration that went all the way to the Oscars red carpet!

I've been granted a number of awards for my coaching & leadership in Australia. Then in '23 I was awarded the Peoples Choice Bronze Award in London for Coach of the Year in the global, Women Changing the World Awards.

While I'm proud to share these accolades, my greatest professional success is being able to help others to see beyond their doubts, to navigate to their dream working life.
